We are pleased to invite nominations from your Organization to participate in our Workshop on the Concept of Corporate Governance and Role of Directors in the Management of Microfinance Banks in Nigeria scheduled to hold as follows:

The workshop is designed to equip participants with the full knowledge of the concept of Corporate Governance and the statutory duties expected of them as Directors and Management Staff in their organizations.
Expected participants are Managing Directors of Microfinance Banks, Board Members of Microfinance Banks, Management Staff of Microfinance Banks and Staff of Other Financial Institutions Department of the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The Workshop fee of
N20,000.00 (Twenty thousand Naira only) per participant covers Workshop Materials, Tea/Coffee, Snacks and Lunch only. Four or more participants from one organization will attract a 10% discount.
